The storyline of the song and the video go together flawlessly. "Men Are Crazy," an afro pop hit written by Simi, Tiwa Savage, and Prince Omoferi, is a mid-tempo song that combines current pop sensibilities with traditional beats and contemporary African soundscapes. 

 Pink is the director of the video, which is set in a speakeasy with sumptuous upholstery and deep colours. After Simi enters alone, a dashing suitor follows her on stage with backing dancers. In the end, Simi and Savage reconcile, regretting the attraction of males.
