Following the success of the Kunle Afolayan-directed film "Aníkúlápó" in 2022, the sequel series "Aníkúlápó: Rise of the Spectre" is scheduled to debut on Netflix on March 1, 2024. 

Representing African royalty were movie stars and notable personalities from the entertainment business. They all knew what the assignment was and were dressed to impress. The next series features the following cast members: Taiwo Hassan, Aisha Lawal, Owobo Ogunde, Gabriel Afolayan, Layi Wasabi, Bimbo Ademoye, Sola Sobowale, and Lateef Adedimeji.
