The highly-anticipated 9th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) was held on Saturday, 20 May 2023 in Lagos and it was an unforgettable night of glitz, glamour, emotional speeches and meritorious recognition of Africa’s best in entertainment and film. 

The evening started with exciting fashion ensembles and dapper tuxedos on the famed red carpet. 

 The coveted awards ceremony recognized and celebrated extraordinary talent in the African entertainment industry, with over 30 categories spanning television shows, movies, and other creative endeavours.
