David Oyelowo, Rosamund Pike Star In First Trailer For 'A United Kingdom'

Before its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival next month, the first international trailer for 'A United Kingdom' has made its debut.

The 1940s-set drama stars David Oyelowo (Selma) and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) as, respectively, Seretse Khama, heir to the throne of Botswana, and Ruth Williams, a London office worker who became his wife. Their relationship caused such outrage at the time that they were exiled from Botswana for six years.

Directed by Amma Asante (Belle), 'A United Kingdom' does not yet have a U.S. release date, but will arrive in UK theaters in November.
